Thank you for supporting Stephanie D Bonner LLC. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for our merchandise, book purchases, and donations.

Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs & Accessories)

All merchandise is made to order specifically for you when you place your order. Because each item is custom-produced, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at proboxergadlin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Book Purchases (Uncovered Me: Losing to Win)

Softcover, hardcover, and eBook copies of Uncovered Me: Losing to Win are sold and fulfilled through Barnes & Noble. Returns, exchanges, and refunds for book purchases are handled directly by Barnes & Noble under their own return policy. Please visit barnesandnoble.com or contact their customer service for help with a book order.

Donations

Donations made to support outreach, speaking engagements, and future written works are non-refundable, as funds go directly toward this mission. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at proboxergadlin@gmail.com.
